“I’m On The Juice” – Four Day Weight Loss Programqui-juice-weightloss

Our four-day weight loss plan is the perfect solution for anyone who is new to juicing and possibly considering a cleanse. It’s also a great way to get a quick head-start to any weight loss or fitness goals you may have. We’ve designed a flexible, delicious, and balanced program that balances the benefits of juicing with whole food nutrition and hydration. You’ll introduce healthier foods into your diet

while exercising to lose weight.

 

The weight loss program guideline:

EAT wholesome foods that breathe and live (nuts, fruit, vegetables, yams, beets, potatoes, rice noodles, brown & white rice, beans). Include lean proteins (turkey, chicken, fish).

 

HYDRATE & NOURISH your body with energizing raw juice, green & black tea, and plenty of water.

Each day will begin with a morning juice, followed by a snack, meal, or juice, every 2½ to 3 hours throughout the day.

Daily Plan: 2 or 3 JUICES per day + 1 or 2 SNACKS + 1 main MEAL

Snacks

Fruit, Dry Fruits, Vegetables, Oatmeal, Hummus, Raw Nuts, Air Popped Pop Corn, Air Pop Chips, Kale Chips, Hard Boiled Eggs, Plant-Based Milk (Almond, Soy, Rice, Coconut), Rice White or Brown

Meals:

1) 4-5 ounces baked or broiled salmon

1/2 cup steamed or vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, green beans, asparagus, spinach)

1 cup brown rice

1 serving fruit

2) 4-5 ounces grilled chicken

1/2 sweet potato (4-6 oz)

2-3 cups salad with olive oil + balsamic vinegar or lemon, choice natural dressing

1 serving fruit

**In general, stick to these guidelines. Choose your own healthy proteins, vegetables, and carbohydrates.

Example Day:

9 am: Juice – Surprisingly sweet

11:30: Snack – 1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal with a handful of berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc)

 

Juice – Cleaner Carrot

2:30: Meal – Salad with chicken or tuna salad or vegetables, brown rice, fish (salmon, tilapia, etc)

5:30: Snack – Raw nuts or fruit or vegetables or beans

Juice – Green lemonade
