CLEANSE PROGRAM

Our 3-day juice cleanse consist of drinking 6 to 7 juices per day, to help reset your bodies internal clock by removing toxins. Raw juicing from fruits and vegetables alkalizes the body, neutralizes acids, and balances the body to an efficient state.

Do you eat during a juice cleanse? Do you drink water? Drinking water is a must. Protein is a must. This process helps your body get the natural protein it needs by eating raw nuts with the first 2 fruit-based juices each day. Fruit combined with nuts helps the body simulate protein and with the delivery of plant-based protein, you keep your body healthy and alkaline.

Caloric intake is important to any cleanse, women generally consume fewer calories than men. Our program has women drinking 6 juices per day and men drinking 7 juices per day!!

We start with our bodies functioning needs: ENERGY and end with either IMMUNITY or RECOVERY. Consume each juice every 2 or 2:30 hours and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Our four-day weight loss plan is the perfect solution for anyone who is new to juicing and possibly considering a cleanse. It’s also a great way to get a quick head-start to any weight loss or fitness goals you may have. We’ve designed a flexible, delicious, and balanced program that balances the benefits of juicing with whole food nutrition and hydration. You’ll introduce healthier foods into your diet while exercising to lose weight.

The weight loss program guideline:

EAT wholesome foods that breathe and live (nuts, fruit, vegetables, yams, beets, potatoes, rice noodles, brown & white rice, beans). Include lean proteins (turkey, chicken, fish).

HYDRATE & NOURISH your body with energizing raw juice, green & black tea, and plenty of water.

Each day will begin with a morning juice, followed by a snack, meal, or juice, every 2½ to 3 hours throughout the day.

ENERGY PROGRAM

When it comes to getting that midday energy boost and energy bars aren’t always ideal. Energy bars are often little more than a source of calories, and energy drinks are full of caffeine can cause unwanted side effects such as irritability, anxiety, and fatigue.

In all cases, fruits and vegetables can give you the extra energy boost you have been wanting. Fruit is a great way to boost your energy because it contains natural sugars and healthy carbohydrates as well as other nutrients that fuel your body. There are certain fruits bananas, berries, citrus fruits, and that will give you quick natural dose of energy because they contain vitamins, fiber, and carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are our body’s main source of fuel, so fruit and vegetables is an excellent way to boost your energy levels.
