Benefits of a Juice Cleanse

Our 3 day juice cleanse consist of drinking 6 to 7 juices per day, to help reset your bodies internal clock by removing toxins. Raw juicing from fruits and vegetables alkalizes the body, neutralizes acids, and balances the body to a efficient state.

Do you eat during a juice cleanse? Do you drink water? Drinking water is a must. Protein is a must. This process help your body get the natural protein it needs by eating raw nuts with the first 2 fruit based juices each day. Fruit combined with nuts helps the body simulate protein and with the delivery of plant based protein you keep your body heathy and alkaline.

Caloric intake is important to any cleanse, women generally consume less calories then men. Our program has women drinking 6 juices per day and men drinking 7 juices per day!!

We start with our bodies functioning needs: ENERGY and end with either IMMUNITY or RECOVERY. Consume each juice every 2 or 2:30 hours and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
